ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a new team member for one of our consulting teams. We’re looking for someone experienced in the Atlassian ecosystem, a team player, adept at providing training, and possessing the humility to embrace new learning opportunities. What DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

Technical/Hard Skills

  • Proficiency in ITSM process design.
  • Experience in the administration and/or consulting of Atlassian tools (especially Jira and Confluence).
  • Familiarity with other Atlassian tools is advantageous (e.g., BigPicture, Insight).
  • Track record of delivering training to clients and colleagues.
  • Strong communication skills to engage effectively with clients, understand their needs, and articulate our solutions.
  • Exceptional analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning (and collaborating with peers).
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Fluency in Spanish.

What will give you EXTRA POINTS?

  • Experience in service management processes (e.g., requests, incidents, CMDB).
  • Proficiency in diagramming tools.
  • Experience with metrics development, reporting, and dashboard creation.
